NOTE:

• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• It is mandatory to carry Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn wherever applicable for security reasons.
• During traveling, it is mandatory to carry a valid medical certificate along with 14 14-day travel history. It will help the organizers to inform and alert all other persons in the group so that they can follow the medical/government norms in this regard.

TERMS & CONDITIONS : (1) Confirmation / Cancellation requests will be accepted in writing only through the mail. Requests over the phone will not be accepted. (2) If there are fewer tourists, then the traveling will be arranged by Car / Tempo Traveller / Mini Bus. In that case, tour participants can postpone their tour for the next date. (3) Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected by the guest (i,e. Double / Triple sharing basis ). (4) The Extra Bed provided in the hotel will be a mattress with a bed sheet, blanket, and pillow. (5) There are pre-set menus for meals provided on tour. Organisations reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed. (6) Tour Itinerary may be revised or Altered Changed or Merged in case of necessity. Organizer / Tour manager has total rights to act as per the circumstances/situation. (7) Under the circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable. In case the tour is canceled by the participants, the cancellation policy will be applicable. (8) The company reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure/website/Google ads / social media, without assigning any reason. whatsoever. - The company reserves the right to publish the passengers photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group. (9) There can be an increase in the tour cost in case of a hike in taxes, fuel costs,s and/or hotel costs. (10) Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability. PAYMENT POLICY : (1) At the time of booking min. 50% Payment will be accepted as an advance payment. (2) Full Payment should be completed before 1 day of tour. CANCELLATION POLICY : (1) Minimum Cancellation fee is Rs. 1000 Per head. (2) 31 - 21 Days before Tour Start Date 10 % of full tour cost. (3) 20 - 11 Days before Tour Start Date 25 % of full tour cost. (4) 10 - 05 Days before Tour Start Date 50 % of full tour cost. (5) 04 - 03 Days before Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost. (6) 02- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost. PLEASE NOTE: Irrespective of the above-mentioned Cancellations Slabs - In Case of Cancellation of Tour Services after the Booking is made with us - A Minimum of 10% Service Charges Would Be Applicable.  REFUND : Regarding Refund of Unused / Unutilized Services (which are Paid for and Cancelled in Advance), the Refund Amount Would be worked out On the Basis of the Cancellation Policy as Described Above and the Money would be Refunded to the Person who has made the Payment to Us. PLEASE NOTE: The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to the Bank Account, The Bank Charges will be Debited from The Refund Amount.
