DAY 01: MUMBAI – SHEGAON
Departure from Mumbai at 04:00 pm. Via Borivali – Dadar – Thane Pick Up. Night Journey.
(Dinner).

DAY 02: ARRIVAL SHEGAON & LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Morning Arrival at Shegaon, check in hotel & fresh up. After breakfast proceed to Popatkhed, Paduka Mandir darshan at Mundgaon. Then evening proceed to Shej-Arti of Gajanan Maharaj Temple & return to hotel. Night halt at Shegaon.

DAY 03: KARANJA – MAHURGAD - NANDED
Morning after breakfast proceed to Karanje (Nrisinha Sarswati Mandir) then proceed to Mahurgad – (Renuka Mata Darshan). Night halt at Nanded.

DAY 04: AUNDHA NAGNATH – PARLI - AMBEJOGAI
Morning after breakfast proceed to Hajur Sahib Nanded Gurudwara Darshan and heading towards Aundha Nagnath (Jyotirling Darshan), Parali Vaijnath (Jyotirling Darshan). After that proceed to Ambejogai, arrival & night Halt.
(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

DAY 05: AMBEJOGAI - MUMBAI
After breakfast check out from hotel and visit Ambejogai Temple. After lunch proceed to Mumbai. Late night reach at Mumbai.

- Any type of entry fees or VIP Darshan Pass to Temple etc.

- Medical emergency if any.
- Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays / cancellation, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, Socio – Cultural / Political disturbances, Covid 19, etc.
PAYMENT POLICY
- At the time of booking 50% Payment will be accepted as an advance payment.
- The remaining payment will be collected at the time of pick up / the day of departure.
- Cancellation charges of 25% are applicable on the total trip amount if the booking is canceled before 48 hrs. of the trip date.
- No refund of the amount paid if the booking is canceled by the customer in the last 48 hrs of the trip date.
- Confirmation / Cancellation of the package should be accepted in writing only and it acts as per company policies. In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed after the completion of scheduled tour (within 5 working days). In case of postponement, the cost will increase as per the next tour / it will be varied with the number of people.
- If there are less tourists, then the traveling will be arranged as per group size like by Car / Tempo Traveler / Minibus. In case, tour participants can postpone their tour for the next date.
- Under the circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded (within 5 working days), but no compensation is payable.
- We shall not be responsible for any change in the Tour Dates - Schedule/itinerary / any cost increment in the package due to rail and flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions – natural calamities, hikes in fuel or hotel rates, vehicle malfunction, political or social disturbance, or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
- In All the Situations We Try to Find a Solution and Take the Journey Ahead, Yet Without Cooperation & Understanding from Guests, We Fail to Deliver.
- Package Is Subject to Availability of Flight -Train –Hotel-Local Vehicles.
- Extra Beds provided in the hotel will be in as mattresses with bed sheets, blankets, and pillows.
- Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.
- Carry Only Required Luggage / Carry Food Required During Train Journey / Carry Woolen Cloths for Hill Stations / Liquor & Rash Music Is Prohibited During the Tour.
- There are pre-set menus for meals provided on tour. The organization reserves the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed and not consumed.
- Air / Rail reservations are fully computerized, and we do not have any control over seat allocation, their policy regarding cancellation/refund/rescheduling or any other aspect related to that.
- Check-In and Check-Out Timing of The Hotel Will Be According to The Timing of The Respective Hotels / Region.
- The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour & nor responsible or Liable for Any Damage, Loss or Injury Caused to Any Passenger during the tour.
- Any Claim Related to The Package Must Be Brought to The Notice of The Company Within a Week Only.
- Guests must follow instructions given by Tour Coordinator.
- Tour Itinerary may be revised or Altered or Changed or Merge in case of necessity. Organiser / Tour manager has total rights to act as per the circumstances/situation.
- Nishnai Holidays reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety or anything like that.
- All the disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
