Day 1
HARIDWAR/DELHI
Pick up from Delhi Railway Station & proceed to Haridwar. On Arrival, Check In at hotel & relax. Evening visit Har-ki-Pauri to take Holy Bath & to see Ganga Aarti. Drive back to your hotel.

Night halt at Haridwar. Dinner.

Day 2
HARIDWAR – BARKOT
After breakfast proceed to Barkot, evening arrival at Barkot. Relax & Explore bank of river Yamuna.

BARKOT - YAMUNOTRI - BARKOT
Excursion to Yamnotri temple darshan. Early morning moves towards Janakichatti (2:00 hrs), post arrival have breakfast thereafter we proceed for Darshan. (Horse options are available for trek- Witness Yamnotri temple and hot Sulphur springs). Utilize the day & by noon back to Janakichatti & then proceed to Barkot.

Day 4
BARKOT- UTTARKASHI
After breakfast proceed towards Uttarkashi. we travel to Uttarkashi – an ancient land with rich cultural heritage. As the name suggests it is ‘Kashi of the North’ and one of the most picturesque town of Garhwal region. In the evening visit one of the oldest and sacred temple of shri Kashi Vishwanath. It Is believed that this temple was built by Parashurama.

Day 5
UTTARKASHI- GANGOTRI- UTTARKASHI
Full day excursion to Gangotri – one of highest pilgrimages in India located approx 3400 mtrs. The journey to Gangotri offers stunning vistas all around. Ganga emerges from Devprayag & exists at Haridwar. The source of this river is Gangotri glacier, Satopanth glacier & Khatling glacier. Ganga comprises of SIX main streams- Alaknanda, Dhauliganga, Nandakini, Pindar, Mandakini & Bhagirathi. En-route pass by Harsil, a serene Himalayan hamlet surrounded by snow-clad mountains, pine forests and apple orchards. Visit Gangotri temple, Bhagirath rock and see Bhagirathi River.

Day 6
UTTARKASHI – SERSI (GUPTAKASHI)
Travel to Sersi – a beautiful village situated on the way to Kedarnath Dham. Upon arrival free time for relaxation.

SERSI - KEDARNATH
Early morning proceeds to Kedarnath. After trekking for almost 19km from Gaurikund one can reach to Kedarnath temple. It is one of the twelve jotirlingas of Lord Shiva, located in the Rudra Himalaya range at an altitude of 3500m, near chorabari glacier, which is source of mandakini river. This temple is built of massive stone slabs over a large rectangular platform. Outside the temple door, a large statue of Nandi stands as guard. Later Visit samadhi of Jagad Guru Adi Shankarcharya, who built Kedarnath temple over a thousand years ago. Immerse yourself in the tranquile atmosphere of this sacred place.

KEDARNATH - SERSI
Start descend trek to Gaurikund. Day for Self-activity. Arrival & Night Halt at Sersi.

SERSI – CHAMOLI
Proceed to Chamoli, enroute visit Guptkashi Temple & 3 Sangams of holy rivers Rudraprayag- Alaknanda and Mandakini, Nandprayag - Alaknanda and Nandakini, Karnaprayag- Alaknanda and Pinderganga. Arrive at Chamoli in the evening.

Day 10
BADRINATH - CHAMOLI
Early morning proceeds for Badrinath Temple, elevation of around 3100m is situated in the lap of Nar-Narayan Parvat, with the towering Neelkanth peak (6,597mts.) in the background. Also known as the Vishal Badri, the largest amongst the five Badris, it is revered by all as the apt tribute to Lord Vishnu. take a holy dip in Tapt Kund fed by the hot sulphurous springs. Visit Mana village - Saraswati river, Vyas Gumpha, Ganesh Gumpha, Bhim Bridge & Pandava’s Swargarohini Margdarshan. Proceed to Chamoli enroute view Vishnuprayag – Alaknanda and Dhauliganga.

CHAMOLI – RISHIKESH - HARIDWAR
Proceed to Rishikesh. Enroute visit Devprayag, the sangam of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers. On arrival at Rishikesh visit Local Temples & Rudraksh Shopping.

Day 12
RISHIKESH – HARIDWAR/DELHI
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drop at Delhi Railway station. End tour with NISHNAI HOLIDAYS.

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other TravelRelated Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to NISHNAI HOLIDAYS.

 

PAYMENTS PROCEDURE:

50% Advance Payment should be made for Booking on a Confirmed Basis and the Balance Amount Should be Paid 30 Days before Commencement of your Tour. We hold the Right to decide on the amount to be Paid as Advance Payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the Commencement of the Services. Apart From the Above in Some Cases Like Special Train Journeys, Hotel or Resort Bookings during Peak Tourist Season Full Payment is Required to be sent in Advance.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment can be made by any Online Payment Gateway System, by Bank Transfer, Cash Payment to Our Offices or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All Payments Should Be Free and Clear of any Withholding Tax and Deduction. Bank Charges, if any, for Remittance (by Remitting Bank or by Intermediary Bank) would be Strictly Borne by Payer.

 

RIGHTS TO AMEND THE ITINERARY IF REQUIRED:

Tour Once Commenced Will Strictly Go as Per the Itinerary Finalized. In case of Events and Circumstances Beyond Our Control, we Reserve the Right to Change all or parts of the Contents of the Itinerary for Safety and  Well Being of Our Esteemed Passengers.

 

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION:

In Case of Cancellation of Tour/Travel Services due to any Unavoidable Reason/s, we must be Informed only in  Writing. Cancellation Charges Would Be Effective from the Date we Receive your Letter/Mail.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Minimum Cancellation fee is Rs. 1000 Per head. - 90 - 45 Days prior to Tour Start Date 15 % of full tour cost.- 44 - 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 30 % of full tour cost.1- 9 - 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 60 % of full tour cost.- 09 - 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 80 % of full tour cost.- 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

PLEASE NOTE – Irrespective of above mentioned Cancellation Slabs In case of Cancellation of Tour Services after the Booking is made with us - A Minimum 10% Service Charges Would Be Applicable.

 

REFUND:

Regarding Refund of Unused / Unutilized Services (which are Paid for and Cancelled in Advance) the Refund Amount Would be worked out On the Basis of Cancellation Policy as Described Above and the Money would be Refunded to the Person who has made the Payment to Us.

Please Note: The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to Bank Account, The Bank Charges would be Debited from The Refund Amount.

 

POSTPONEMENT:

In case of Postponement, the cost may change as per the next tour date & itinerary. Also, it will vary on the number of people and conditions existing during that time.

 

TERMS and CONDITIONS – (COVID19):

Guests Arriving from Restricted Countries or Regions will be Required to Share Detailed Information as Prescribed by the Ministry of Tourism’s Protocols, prior to arrival. They should always carry Vaccination Certificate or a Negative COVID-19 RTPCR Report. This test must be Conducted within 72 hrs. prior to the Arrival.

To ensure Safety, mandatory Thermal Temperature Check is done for each Guest before Check-In. The Management Reserves the Right to Accept/ Deny any Bookings, Subject to Corona Virus Medical History or any Other Issues Pertaining to the same. All Guests shall wear Face Mask Compulsorily in General and Hotel Lobby and other Tourist Place common areas.

 

HEALTH:

Any Person who has a Contagious Disease is Forbidden to Travel. Any such Person found during the tour with such condition will be asked to leave the tour immediately and will have to make their own arrangements of returning home.

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE HOTEL & RESORTS DEPARTURE POLICY:

Check-In Time is 1200 - 1400 Hours, while Check-Out Time is 1000 - 1200 Hours for most Hotels & Resorts. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are Chargeable as per the Hotel Policy. It Is Mandatory for Guests to Present Valid Photo Identification at the time of Check-In. Documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID Card, or Indian / International Passport.

Please Note: Pan Card, Company or Student ID card is not an acceptable form of ID. All Hotels & Resorts Reserves the Right to Refuse Check-In in the absence of such Valid Identification Document. The Primary age for all the Guests must be at least 18 Years, to Check-In in any Hotels & Resorts. Visitors are not allowed inside the Guest Room after 21:00 Hrs. Visitors’ Registration is required as your Safety & Security is of our Paramount Concern.

  • All Itineraries are Sample Itineraries, intended to give you a General Idea of the Trip Scheduled. Numerous Factors such as Weather condition, Road Conditions and the Physical Ability of the Participants etc. may determine an Itinerary Change either before or on the Tour. We Reserve the Right to Change any Schedule in the best Interest of Participants' Safety, Comfort & General Well Being.
  • Our Rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the Hotels, Airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the Right to modify/change the rates without Notice. In case of such changes the Rates Quoted before can be changed by us according to the modifications made by Hotels or Airlines. All Hotel Bookings are based on usual Check-In and Checkout Time of the Hotels until and unless indicated otherwise in the Itinerary.
  • If there are less tourists on any tour, then the traveling will be arranged as per group size either by Car, Tempo Traveller, or Minibus. In such case, tour participants can choose to postpone their tour for the next available date.
  • Package Is Subject to Availability of Flight - Train – Hotel - Local Vehicles.
  • Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket, and pillow.
  • Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.
  • Carry Only Required Luggage / Carry Food Required During Train Journey / Carry Woollen Clothes for Hill Stations / Liquor & Rash Music Is Prohibited During the Tour.
  • There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organization reserves the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed or not consumed.
  • Air / Rail reservations are fully computerized, and we do not have any control over seat allocation, or their policies regarding cancellation / refund / rescheduling or any other aspect related to that.
  • Any Claim Related to the Package must be brought to the Notice of the Company Within a Week.
  • Guests must follow instructions given by Tour Coordinator.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the Program or Expenses Incurred - Directly or Indirectly - Due to Natural Hazards, Flight Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown of Machinery or Equipment’s, Breakdown of Transport, Weather, Sickness, Landslides, Political Closures, or any Untoward Incidents.
  • We shall not be responsible for any Loss, Injury or Damage to any Person, Property, or Otherwise in connection with any Accommodation, Transportation or Other Services, Resulting - Directly or Indirectly - from any Act of God, Dangers, Fire, Accident, Breakdown in Machinery or Equipment, Breakdown of Transport, Wars, Civil Disturbances, Strikes, Riots, Thefts, Pilferages, Epidemics, Medical or Custom Department Regulations, Defaults, or any Other Causes Beyond Our Control.
  • We Do Not have any Insurance Policy Covering the Expenses for Accident, Sickness, Loss Due to Theft, or any Other Reasons. Visitors are Advised to seek such Insurance arrangements in their Home Country. All Baggage & Personal Property/s always are at the Client's Risk.
  • All the disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

Passports & Visas:

To Travel to India from Overseas Countries Except for the Citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06-month Valid Passport and a Valid Visa. And Processing of Passport and Visa are not Included in the Tour Cost.

  • Our Rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the Hotels, Airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the Right to modify/change the rates without Notice. In case of such changes the Rates Quoted before can be changed by us according to the modifications made by Hotels or Airlines. All Hotel Bookings are based on usual Check-In and Checkout Time of the Hotels until and unless indicated otherwise in the Itinerary.
  • If there are less tourists on any tour, then the traveling will be arranged as per group size either by Car, Tempo Traveller, or Minibus. In such case, tour participants can choose to postpone their tour for the next available date.
  • Package Is Subject to Availability of Flight – Train – Hotel – Local Vehicles.
  • Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket, and pillow.
  • Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.
  • Carry Only Required Luggage / Carry Food Required During Train Journey / Carry Woollen Clothes for Hill Stations / Liquor & Rash Music Is Prohibited During the Tour.
  • There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organization reserves the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed or not consumed.
  • Air / Rail reservations are fully computerized, and we do not have any control over seat allocation, or their policies regarding cancellation / refund / rescheduling or any other aspect related to that.
  • Any Claim Related to the Package must be brought to the Notice of the Company Within a Week.
  • Guests must follow instructions given by Tour Coordinator.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the Program or Expenses Incurred – Directly or Indirectly – Due to Natural Hazards, Flight Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown of Machinery or Equipment’s, Breakdown of Transport, Weather, Sickness, Landslides, Political Closures, or any Untoward Incidents.
  • We shall not be responsible for any Loss, Injury or Damage to any Person, Property, or Otherwise in connection with any Accommodation, Transportation or Other Services, Resulting – Directly or Indirectly – from any Act of God, Dangers, Fire, Accident, Breakdown in Machinery or Equipment, Breakdown of Transport, Wars, Civil Disturbances, Strikes, Riots, Thefts, Pilferages, Epidemics, Medical or Custom Department Regulations, Defaults, or any Other Causes Beyond Our Control.
  • We Do Not have any Insurance Policy Covering the Expenses for Accident, Sickness, Loss Due to Theft, or any Other Reasons. Visitors are Advised to seek such Insurance arrangements in their Home Country. All Baggage & Personal Property/s always are at the Client’s Risk.
  • All the disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
  • Should there be any doubt or ambiguity, kindly clear the same before making your decision of buying the package / tour. We sincerely work for your merriment and request you to take time for reading all the details minutely, to avoid disappointment at later stage.
  • NISHNAI HOLIDAYS reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety and well-being.

Passports & Visas:

To Travel to India from Overseas Countries Except for the Citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06-month Valid Passport and a Valid Visa. And Processing of Passport and Visa are not Included in the Tour Cost.

After the Finalization of the Tour/Service Cost, if there are any Hikes/Increase in Entrance Fees of Monuments/Museums, Taxes, Fuel Cost or Guide Charges by the Govt. of India, the Same would be charged as Extra.
